I have been using the thrustmaster warthog throttle for a decade now without issues. It has a number of flip switches which give a very nice tactile feedback. I ve got an alternate gamepad config i ve been tweaking for a while now with the goal of prioritizing flight inputs such as strafe over the secondary stuff like look and other mode changes while avoiding unintentional crossover inputs. The fps and flight controls may feel familiar to gamers who use controllers but the sheer number of controls may make this unweildy for anything other than walking around or basic flight.

I use them for things like engine start stop power on and so on. If you ve watched my videos on youtube you know i prefer to play star citizen with dual thrustmaster t 16000m joysticks. I feel this setup gives me the finest control over my ship while delivering the most immersive gameplay experience.
